RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At DripLooker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@driplooker.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return or exchange the item.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
